Embodiment work is unique to each individual.
I offer these series of sessions for women men and all genders.
A series of sessions can be anywhere from 4-8 sessions depending on the client.
Somatic Education is about understanding our own bodies and Self and learning to communicate in an empowered way.
Education can involve learning about embodied consent through the work of Dr. Betty Martin, learning conscious communication skills, learning to understand one’s own desire’s and communicate desire, as well as trauma-informed conscious one-way touch sessions that allow dearmouring and also bring embodied education.
Embodiment sessions are about listening from within – in a world where humans can often be focused “out”
What often arises in sessions for people newer to embodiment work is they get to see clearly, what unconscious patterns can get in the way of asking for what they truly want.
What also can arise is uncovering one’s deepest desire, the discernment between surface desires and true desire from the depth of the Heart.
You do not have to know anything. As you relax and are coached in listening from within, your own body and innate Wisdom will reveal from within and then its learning to trust yourself and voice what comes.
It’s a practice that becomes embodied over time.
Sometimes it can be surprising what arises for people in sessions. The sweetness that comes, the tucked away emotions that want to be released, the memories that want to reveal insight for healing to come, when we give the body time to be heard, honored and seen, when we take time to listen deeply from within.
“To heal is to touch with love that which was previously touched with fear.” Dr. Peter Levine
In conscious 1-way touch + breath-work sessions we listen together as a team, as your body reveals where and how it wants touch, and what it feels like to ask for exactly what you want. (Within each of our own boundaries)
It can be a new concept for people to learn to listen and ask for exactly what they want, to learn to voice their choice and be supported in it, without the person who gives the touch needing or wanting anything back.

All touch is for you and all touch is one way and only exactly what you ask for.
If you are a people pleaser, or lacking the comfort of touch, this can be a profound session.
If you are learning to trust yourself, this can be a profound session.
I stay within my own clear boundaries and support you in the process.
If you are holding grief or anxiety this can be a profound session.
If you are learning about embodied consent this can be an invaluable, profound session.
If you are learning to come Home to your Self, Peace and the embodied aliveness of You, this can be a profound session.
I require an intake form and call first before we begin, to here what your intentions are for yourself in this work, and to see that I feel I can truly support you. I often work with referrals.
Intimacy at its deepest level is with our Self and in learning to remember that, being seen in one’s innocence, heard, witnessed and honored is important.
From my perspective coming to feel valued, seen and heard ( and that your desires and voice matter), is what much of society and all the violence and struggle we see in our world, is actually crying out for.
When we take a pause to nurture ourself, listen from within, re-establishing healthy relationship with our own body and Self we can also more compassionately be and hold space for others.
What is Armour?
It is an embodied response, it is the myriad of ways that your nervous system responds to a sense of threat or danger, which you then experience in your body. When you feel under threat your body responds in the only way that it knows in order to survive, through muscular contraction you as a form of psychological and emotional protection.- Norman Doidge- The Brain that Changes Itself.
“The tissues and fascia holding onto chronic guarding patterns can lead to desensitization, discomfort, pain, tension, and numbness, until the armour is released.
No matter what your experience has been, your body’s innate intelligence knows how to release the armour when you are supported in the right ways. “ Rahi Chun
“Researchers have noted that trauma is stored in somatic memory and expressed as changes in the biological stress response.” Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk
Trauma isn’t just “in your head”. Trauma leaves a lasting imprint on your body. It disrupts your memory storage processes and changes the way your brain works.
Trauma left untreated can have a big impact on your future health. ~ D’amore Mental Health
Genital Dearmouring
I am trained in the evidence backed practiced of Genital dearmouring and if aligned and asked for do offer genital dearmourming to restore and expand safe and ecstatic presence in the body and it’s full capacity for aliveness and wholeness.
I do offer education with clients on what genital mapping and dearmouring is if it is supportive, aligned and for the purpose of the client’s self-healing.
* at one time I would not offer this jn the state of Alabama but after discussing with my lawyer on April 24, 2024 and doing further research there are no laws against this in Coffee County – this is a new field of study. There is no information on it. So when aligned and asked for I will offer the mindful and evidence-backed practice of genital dearmouring with vulva owners.
Genital dearmouring has supported my own self -healing as well as many others I’ve worked with through trainings at the Somatic Sex Institute, Rahi Chun with Somatic Sexual Wholeness LLC and through educational retreats I’ve offered.
I will not withhold education that has so deeply changed my own life.
Fee: I offer this work freely as a way to give back.
I can receive a Love donation but it is not expected.
I am a Somatic Sex educator in training- in my mentorship. I completed Course 4 in Seattle March of 2024.
I have been training since 2018. I am trauma-informed. I am not a therapist.
Somatic Sex Educators have a code of ethics that are followed and I am backed by the Professional Association of SSEA.
This is a Certified field but not a licensed field. It is in the field of naturopathy.
