You are invited to join us on this profound year-long journey!
As we walk the Way together through weekly reading, and breath-work, we create space to share our lived experiences, be seen in our vulnerability, and support one another through presence and deep listening.
Within this container of non-judgment and diverse experience, new perspectives naturally arise.
We honor that meaningful change, whether personal or collective, tends to unfold gradually, through patience and steady devotion, rather than dramatic shifts.
Together, we will:
• Deepen our understanding of the universal Laws of Creation
• Explore how these truths can be lived in a grounded, embodied way
• Engage in Living Practices through self-inquiry and breathwork
This is a space of devotion, honesty, and transformation
where the inner journey is honored, witnessed, and shared.
Again and again, we witness the quiet, miraculous ways transformation emerges through shared connection in container.
About the text
Way of the Heart- Jayem/Jeshua
(This text can be purchased on Amazon, Barnes and Noble etc)
Way of the Heart text is the first of the Christ Mind series, and offers depth, clarity, and wisdom for those who feel called to awaken into a lived reality of peace and joy.
Through this timeless teaching, you will be introduced to the universal Laws of Creation, along with practical tools to support the unfolding of what already lives within you.
This universal text can be returned to again and again. Each time, new insight, new “jewels” and “ahas” reveal themself as awareness deepens.
Whether this is your first time through or you are a long-time student of the Way as we are, you are welcome here.
You may also discover a perspective of Yeshua that feels spacious, resonant, and refreshing, like a breath of fresh air.

Why these Evidence backed Living Practices Matter:
IFS informed Integration
Much of what we carry-our beliefs about ourselves, others, the body, love, and even God- was absorbed unconsciously rather than consciously chosen.
Internal Family Systems (IFS), developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, is a compassionate modality that invites us to turn toward these inner “parts” with curiosity and care.
Without this inner listening, awakening can remain conceptual, on the surface and repeating ideas that haven’t yet been lived.
Inquiry interrupts that.
It reveals unconscious patterns, returns authority to your own direct experience, and creates space between awareness and thought. From this space, genuine self-awareness and discernment can grow.

Breathwork
Breathwork is both an evidence-backed practice and a deeply spiritual one.
In the original Aramaic language, the words for breath, spirit, and wind are one, pointing to a living intelligence moving through all creation.
Through breathwork, we deepen our capacity to witness the thinking mind, cultivate presence, and discern guidance from conditioned habit.
Any true spiritual path is deeply personal.
It is an inner journey of connection with the Divine-the source of all creation-not rooted in belief alone, but in lived, embodied transformation.
Amber and Lauren are devoted students of Life; and the Universal teachings of Yeshua sing to both of their souls and resonate as truth for each of them.
This text was a deepening bridge for them in awakening to the Divine Source within Self and trusting one’s own inner-navigation system.
Together, they bring over 13 years of experience guiding groups and have co-facilitated multiple 8-day embodiment retreats.
This work is not about becoming something new, but about gently uncovering what has always been present- through self-reflection, attunement, and an ever-deepening relationship with the Divine.
About Amber & Lauren
Lauren has been on a 15-year journey uncovering the deeper message of Christ through her own direct experience.
Raised in the Christian tradition in South Alabama, she felt a genuine connection to Jesus (Yeshua).
At the same time, aspects of the doctrine particularly the idea that other sincere paths with God were false, did not resonate as truth within her. This created a sort of grating inside, that felt uncomfortable… There was a quiet sense that something felt missing.
After a profound experience of deep peace through the mindfulness practice of yoga, Lauren felt a sincere desire to know truth more directly. She asked Jesus to guide her and soon after, A Course in Miracles and the Way of Mastery entered her life.
Through these universal spiritual teachings, alongside her own inner listening, her relationship with Yeshua began to deepen in a personal and experiential way.
She began discovering, He never taught a religion or a belief system, but the profound journey of transformation from soul to cell in all aspects of our being, a shift in perception, and the immediacy of connection to God within and without.
Her path has since taken her around the world-including Africa, Costa Rica, England, France and beyond-where she has both practiced and taught yoga, breathwork, evidence backed somatic sex education and mindfulness-based approaches to well-being.
She later dove into His original Aramaic teachings (Aramaic was the language Yeshua spoke) along with the Gnostic Gospels and what she discovered was a universal spirituality and love reminding us of our eternal Union and Guidance by Love, (our inner navigation compass) a far cry from what is often taught in His Name today.
Since 2015, Lauren has walked alongside over fifty individuals through Way of the Heart, offering support through friendship, shared practice, and mutual devotion to awakening.
She currently co-facilitates two ongoing groups and has co-led 13 embodiment retreats across New Mexico, Florida, France, and the UK.
Lauren holds a degree in Communication Studies and is a:
- Certified 500 Yoga Teacher YACEP
- Breathwork Practitioner
- Certified Somatic Sex Educator
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practitioner
- trained through the Internal Family Systems Counseling Association, with continued training underway
She brings a grounded, evidence-informed approach to her work and values the depth of connection, authenticity, and community that naturally grow from this shared path.
Amber found her way to Way of Mastery after asking God to show her why she’s here. She felt like she had all the things the world said should make her happy and yet she felt great despair inside. It was soon after this that her life began to shift.
She felt a nudge to try a local yoga studio where one of the teachers was sharing from A Course in Miracles. The words felt to her like Truth and like going home.
Amber’s path then took her to yoga teacher training where she began to learn tools of mindfulness to also be able to share with others as she learned herself.
She then began teaching and learning with a mindfulness and social-emotional learning organization which brought education to children in public school classrooms.
One day, she saw Lauren visiting the yoga studio where she taught, and they had coffee after class together. It was then that Lauren shared with Amber how she’d been learning about somatics and somatic sex education.
They stayed in touch over email and began to meet on zoom to read Way of the Heart together. Amber found that Way of the Heart and somatic education were pointing at the same things, healing the relationship with body.
To Amber, Way of the Heart welcomed the body-mind, and welcomed her right where she was. She felt supported by reading it with a friend, someone who was in their own process of inner transformation at the same time. It felt easier to be vulnerable and self-honest, and she was learning how to communicate.
All along Amber has felt these opportunities have come from the initial questions, of why am I here? What’s the real cause of peace and joy? Why did some systems which she pursued (religion, medical, psychology) feel just off the mark/incomplete to her?
To her, it felt like some systems denied the body but emphasized the Spirit and some systems denied the Spirit but emphasized the body. The poetry of the mystics, like Rumi, always touched Amber. What she wanted to know was of being Spirit in body.
She’d tried to find a knowing of peace and joy through many avenues and nothing seemed to last. Discovering a pathway and like-minded others, has brought Amber to a world of spiritual Self-discovery, where learning continues to unravel constriction from her system.
Amber studied psychology in college, and is currently a student of somatic sex education. She feels deeply held and supported by Nature, being outdoors feels like a sanctuary to her.
Who this is for?
Who this is for:
Upon reading the format above, this space is for those who feel a wholehearted “Yes!”
It is for those who feel ready to meet themselves deeply, beyond the surface, with sincerity, courage, and devotion.
Who this is NOT for:
It is NOT FOR those seeking a casual or surface-level experience, or who do not feel called to consistent inner work at this time.
At the same time, we honor that life moves and changes.
Commitment here is not about pressure, rigidity, or “pushing through” to attend every single week.
Rather, it is a sincere inner yes, a genuine desire to show up, to engage, and to be in relationship with the process.
If the idea of gathering weekly feels nourishing, supportive, and even a little enlivening, that is the kind of commitment we’re speaking to.
Much like choosing a course of study you’re truly interested in college, the consistency becomes a gentle container- one that supports accountability, deepening, and meaningful growth.
And of course, there will be times when life calls you elsewhere. Missing along the way is natural and fully welcomed as part of the human experience.
To initiate this path…
