Private Yoga

1:1 Sessions
In a Private Yoga Session, all postures and practices are approached from a perspective of “Curiosity” “Invitation” and Inquiry”.



The client is encouraged to attune to breath awareness and to listen to the messages of the body and allow the practices to find their ways through their body rather than trying to fit and make their body take a particular shape or form…
Much time and space is given to allow feeling, sensation, stories and emotions to arise, and to process through being with and allowing breath awareness and Presence.
A daily practice will be developed to inspire mindfulness on and off the mat.



Yoga is a self-care, mindful and well being practice that can be life changing and very transformative. You can google the benefits. If it has been a while since you paid yourself attention, or if you have gone through some life-changing events, and you are ready to feel safe in your body again; private sessions can help you to gain confidence, develop nervous system regulation and discover your pain free range of movement.
Your sessions will be designed to meet your personal intentions and it can feel really good to have space held just for you, or just for you and close friends.


Booking
$100 ($50 non refundable deposit to reserve)
$100 per session for an individual or up to 5 people
Sessions are 75 minutes
Must cancel before 24 hours notice or full payment is due. Unless it is an emergency which would be a rare occasion.
