We invite you to join us on this profound year-long journey through The Way of Knowing, the third and final text in the Christ Mind Trilogy.
As we walk the Way together through weekly reading and breathwork, we create space to share our lived experiences, be seen in our vulnerability, and support one another through presence and deep listening. Within this container of non-judgment and diverse experience, new perspectives naturally arise.
We honor that meaningful change, whether personal or collective, tends to unfold gradually, through patience and steady devotion, rather than dramatic shifts.
Together we will:
• Deepen our understanding of discerning projection, forgiveness, and true Knowing.
• Deepen our capacity to surrender into and embody what we Know.
• Deepen our practice of listening, receiving, and Living from the wisdom of Christ Mind, while gently meeting the parts of us that may fear, question, or protect us from what we already Know within.
• Engage in Living Practices through self-inquiry and breathwork.
This is a space of devotion, honesty, and transformation, where the inner journey is honored, witnessed, and shared.
Again and again, we witness the quiet, miraculous ways transformation emerges through shared connection in the container.
About the text
The Way of Knowing is the third text in the Christ Mind Trilogy.
🌟 Only sign up if you have completed The Way of the Heart and The Way of Transformation. These are the two prerequisites for The Way of Knowing.
We know as students and guides of the Way that through:
The Way of the Heart — we learn and practice opening our hearts to Love, forgiveness, peace, and the remembrance that we are not separate from God.
The Way of Transformation — we discover how the mind works, and practice deliberately choosing to transform the mind’s patterns, perceptions, beliefs, and identifications that keep us experiencing separation.
The Way of Knowing — we are invited to deepen into direct realization of what and who we are, awakening from the illusion of separation as Christ.
Jeshua describes this as entering the “final surrender,” a surrender beyond what language or theology can adequately explain, but something that can be known, felt, realized, and lived.
To live in and from that Light is a lifelong journey of remembering how to listen and discern the inner Teacher, the quiet Intelligence that guides us from the inside out.
These Universal teachings can be returned to again and again. Each time, new insight, new “jewels,” and new “ahas” reveal themselves as awareness deepens.
Whether this is your first time through or you are a long-time student of the Way as we are, you are welcome here.
You may also discover a perspective of Yeshua that feels spacious, resonant, and refreshing, like a breath of fresh air.

Living Practices
IFS informed Integration
Inquiry interrupts that. It reveals unconscious patterns, returns authority to your own direct experience, and creates space between awareness and thought. From this space, genuine self-awareness and discernment can grow.
Breathwork
Breathwork is both an evidence-backed practice and a deeply spiritual one.
In the original Aramaic language, the words for breath, spirit, and wind are one, pointing to a living intelligence moving through all creation.
Any true spiritual path is deeply personal.
It is an inner journey of connection with the Divine, the source of all creation, not rooted in belief alone, but in lived, embodied transformation.
Amber and Lauren are devoted students of Life, and these Universal teachings of Yeshua sing to both of their souls and resonate as truth for each of them.
Together, they bring over 26 years of experience guiding groups and have co-facilitated multiple 8-day embodiment retreats.
This work is not about becoming something new, but about gently uncovering what has always been present through self-reflection, attunement, and an ever-deepening relationship with the Divine.
About Amber & Lauren
Lauren has spent the past 15 years exploring the deeper message of Christ through direct experience, inner listening, and universal spiritual teachings.
Raised Christian in South Alabama, she felt a genuine connection with Yeshua while questioning teachings that suggested other sincere paths to God were false. After a profound experience of peace through yoga and mindfulness, she asked Jesus to guide her toward truth. A Course in Miracles, the Way of Mastery, Yeshua’s Aramaic teachings, and the Gnostic Gospels became important parts of her journey.
Her work brings together spirituality, embodiment, breathwork, mindfulness, and evidence-informed somatic education. Since 2015, she has walked alongside more than 50 individuals through Way of the Heart and co-led 13 embodiment retreats across the U.S. and Europe.
Lauren holds a degree in Communication Studies and is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (YACEP), Breathwork Practitioner, Certified Somatic Sex Educator, and Inter Family Systems Counseling Association trained practitioner.
Amber found her way to Way of Mastery after asking God to show her why she’s here. She felt like she had all the things the world said should make her happy and yet she felt great despair inside. It was soon after this that her life began to shift.
She felt a nudge to try a local yoga studio where one of the teachers was sharing from A Course in Miracles. The words felt to her like Truth and like going home.
Amber’s path then took her to yoga teacher training where she began to learn tools of mindfulness to also be able to share with others as she learned herself.
She then began teaching and learning with a mindfulness and social-emotional learning organization which brought education to children in public school classrooms.
One day, she saw Lauren visiting the yoga studio where she taught, and they had coffee after class together. It was then that Lauren shared with Amber how she’d been learning about somatics and somatic sex education.
They stayed in touch over email and began to meet on zoom to read Way of the Heart together. Amber found that Way of the Heart and somatic education were pointing at the same things, healing the relationship with body.
To Amber, Way of the Heart welcomed the body-mind, and welcomed her right where she was. She felt supported by reading it with a friend, someone who was in their own process of inner transformation at the same time. It felt easier to be vulnerable and self-honest, and she was learning how to communicate.
All along Amber has felt these opportunities have come from the initial questions, of why am I here? What’s the real cause of peace and joy? Why did some systems which she pursued (religion, medical, psychology) feel just off the mark/incomplete to her?
To her, it felt like some systems denied the body but emphasized the Spirit and some systems denied the Spirit but emphasized the body. The poetry of the mystics, like Rumi, always touched Amber. What she wanted to know was of being Spirit in body.
She’d tried to find a knowing of peace and joy through many avenues and nothing seemed to last. Discovering a pathway and like-minded others, has brought Amber to a world of spiritual Self-discovery, where learning continues to unravel constriction from her system.
Amber studied psychology in college, and is currently a student of somatic sex education. She feels deeply held and supported by Nature, being outdoors feels like a sanctuary to her.
Who this is for?
Who this is for:
Upon reading the format above, this space is for those who feel a wholehearted “Yes!”
It is for those who feel ready to meet themselves deeply, beyond the surface, with sincerity, courage, and devotion.
Who this is NOT for:
It is not for those seeking a casual or surface-level experience, or who do not feel called to consistent inner work at this time.
At the same time, we honor that life moves and changes.
Commitment here is not about pressure, rigidity, or “pushing through” to attend every single week.
Rather, it is a sincere inner yes, a genuine desire to show up, to engage, and to be in relationship with the process.
If the idea of gathering weekly feels nourishing, supportive, and even a little enlivening, that is the kind of commitment we’re speaking to.
Much like choosing a course of study you’re truly interested in college, the consistency becomes a gentle container, one that supports accountability, deepening, and meaningful growth.
And of course, there will be times when life calls you elsewhere. Missing occasionally along the way is natural and fully welcomed as part of the human experience.
